Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld from the shipping company for an extended period, leading to wait times and delays longer. We hope you understand, as this is something entirely out of our control.

All our products are shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, South Africa, India, Mexico, Singapore and Malaysia only, no delivery to other countries for now.

All of our products are shipped and delivered by Yanwen, Sunyou, UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS.

All our products are supported by free shipping, delivery time is about 12-15 days.

Among other things, after receiving your order confirmation, all orders are processed within 1-2 days.

After processing your order, it will take approximately 11-13 days to arrive at the recipient’s address.

Free shipping on all orders, if you need to add a tracking number you will need to pay an additional US$7.99 (in the cart and on the checkout page).

If you require express delivery (approximate 7-day delivery), you will need to pay an additional $35 – $95 per item (depending on the nature of the item and the weight of the item). Also, some items are not available for express delivery, please see the product page, shopping cart page and checkout page for details.

To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

If you receive an email via email confirming that a package was sent, whether you purchased a tracking number or not, this means that your order has been processed and shipped to the delivery facility. As soon as your order status changes from “Processing” to “In Transit”, it means that your package is in transit, so please be patient and wait for your package to arrive.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at contact@moldsilo.com.
